DAVID S. DESSEN is the Managing Partner of
Dessen, Moses & Sheinoff. He attended Marietta College and the Temple
University School of Law, where he obtained a JD and a Masters of Law degree in
Trial Advocacy. He was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
in 1973.
He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme
Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the United States District Courts
for the Eastern,Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
He is a member of the
Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Trial
Lawyers Association. In addition, Mr. Dessen is a member of the American
Prepaid Legal Services Institute and a former member of its Board of Directors.
He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA) and the National
Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA). Mr. Dessen is also a member
of the International Association of Commercial Collectors, Inc.
In 2004 in an independent survey,Mr. Dessen was recognized as a "pennsylvania Super Lawyer" a distinction bestowed on only 5% of the lawyers practicing in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Dessen has lectured extensively throughout the
country on various topics, ranging from insurance to the delivery of legal
services to large groups. He acts as a consultant for attorneys and law firms
that are servicing prepaid and group legal plans, as well as a consultant for unions and other
groups that are interested in organizing such plans. He
maintains a practice in Complex Civil Litigation, Commercial and Retail Collections, and Personal Injury at the firm's Willow Grove, Pennsylvania office.
BONNIE SMITH MOSES is the Supervising Attorney of
Dessen, Moses & Sheinoff. She has a Masters of Law degree in Taxation,
which she obtained at the Temple University School of Law. She received her
Juris Doctorate degree from that institution as well. Mrs. Moses received her
Bachelor of Psychology degree from the Pennsylvania State University. She was
admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1978.
She is also
admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court,
the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American,
Pennsylvania, Philadelphia (member, Real Property, Probate and Trust Committee)
and Montgomery County Bar Associations. Mrs. Moses is a Life Fellow of the
Pennsylvania Bar Foundation. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Trial
Lawyers Association and the American Prepaid Legal Services Institute. She has
chaired the API Conference Committee for the past four years.

Mrs. Moses is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa
and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies and was on the staff of Temple Law Review.
She is a member of the Temple Women’s Law Network.She is a former law clerk to the Honorable Lois G. Forer of the
Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Mrs. Moses has been an adjunct professor
teaching Business Law and the Legal Environment of Business at Arcadia
University (formerly Beaver College) from 1982 through the present.
She is
actively involved in Big Sisters of Philadelphia as Vice-President (2001), a
member of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Personnel Committee (1999 –
present), a member of the Executive Committee, a member of the Leadership
Committee and a former member of the Board Development Committee. She was on
the Nominating Committee of Keneseth Israel Synagogue from 1998-99. She is a
member of the Advisory Board of the Philadelphia Jewish Archives Center
(Vice-President, 2001, Secretary, Chair of the Nominating Committee,
1998-present, Member Executive Committee), a member of the Strategic
Planning/Visioning Committee for the Jewish Heritage program, part of the
Executive Committee for Leadership Council of the Philadelphia Volunteer
Lawyers for the Arts, and a volunteer for the American Heart Association. She
is a life member in the Rydal-Meadowbrook Civic Association and a member of the
National Council of Jewish Women, Montgomery/Philadelphia chapter. In addition,
she is a volunteer attorney for the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent
Program.
She serves as a mentor to first-year law students for the Women's Law
Caucus, Temple Law School, and participates in various other community
activities. Mrs. Moses is also a member of the American Association of
University Women and the National Association of Female Executives.Mrs. Moses has also contributed articles to
various law publications and has spoken at conferences regarding ways to
maintain and improve quality of legal services, by increasing productivity and
by advancing the technological development of law office computerization. She
is named in numerous volumes of "Who's Who." She is available on a consultation basis to advise
attorneys and law firms servicing prepaid and group legal plans, as well as
unions and other groups that are interested in organizing legal plans for their
membership. She has represented group and prepaid legal service plan clients
since 1979. She maintains a practice in Wills, Estate Planning, Health Care,
and Real Estate at the firm's Willow Grove, Pennsylvania office.
SAMUEL A. ROSSITTO was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1980, after he graduated from Villanova Law School. His undergraduate degree was obtained at the University of Delaware. Mr. Rossitto is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He was a member of the Board of Advisors of the Philadelphia Family Court Custody Mediation Project. He is also a practitioner member of the Academy of Family Mediators and a member of the Family Mediation Association of Delaware Valley, of which he was a former President in 1999-2000. Mr. Rossitto was an instructor in Law at the Cheltenham Night School from 1989 to 1991. He has been an adjunct professor at Temple University School of Law, where he taugh a Child Custody internship program affiliated with the Philadelphia Family Court. Mr. Rossitto has been associated with Dessen, Moses & Sheinoff since 1986 and is the Managing Attorney of the Chestnut Hill office, where he is the Director of Mediation Services. In addition to family mediation, his mediation experience includes employment, consumer and real estate disputes. He often serves as an employment mediator with the United States Postal Service and was selected as a mental health mediator with the Pennhurst Management Team. Mr. Rossitto has lectured widely and has been a trainer in the area of Family and Divorce Mediation. He maintains a general practice with a strong emphasis in the areas of probate, business and domestic litigation, as well as his mediation activities.
ROBYN M. AGHEN was admitted to the Bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1996 - 2003. While in law school, Ms. Aghen won a number of honors, including the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition 1995, the Robert F. Wagner, Sr., National Labor Law Moot Court Competition 1996 - 2003, and the ABA National Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition, 1996 - 2003, where she was a finalist. She is a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Trial Advocacy Honor Society. She has been associated with Dessen, Moses & Sheinoff since 1997. She maintains a general practice with a focus in the areas of probate, wills, domestic relations, criminal defense and real estate in the firm's Willow Grove, Pennsylvania office.
Adam M. DeJohn was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2005. Mr. DeJohn is a 2004 Graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. While at Villanova, he completed externships at the United States Attorney's Office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and at the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office in Trenton, New Jersey. At Villanova, Mr. DeJohn was active in the Criminal Law Society, the Animal Legal Rights Defense Fund, and was a member of the 2004 Villanova National Trial Team. Mr. DeJohn graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey in 2001, with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, and Minors in Political Science, History, and Criminology. While at Rutgers, he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. Prior to his employment by DM&R, Mr. DeJohn served an appellate clerkship at the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office in Freehold, New Jersey Currently, Mr. DeJohn maintains a general practice in the firm's Chestnut Hill office, with an emphasis on criminal defense and immigration.

since the Winter of 2006, where she maintains a general practice with a focus
in the areas of collections, bankruptcy, and civil litigation.
