CONSULTING SERVICES

David Dessen and Bonnie Moses have been involved with the creation, marketing and operation of group and prepaid legal service programs since 1979. They have assisted entrepreneurs looking to start new plans, existing plans with questions about benefits, costs and administration and providers with questions about technology, practice management and client satisfaction. They are available to advise and assist plan sponsors, both union and private sector, with:

Plan design and administration, including benefit levels, attorney selection and evaluation, attorney compensation and complaint resolution.
The quality and cost of services provided by plan attorneys.
Measuring and improving member satisfaction.

For plan attorneys, Mr. Dessen and Mrs. Moses:

Assist with practice management, including staffing levels, quality assurance, client satisfaction and financial and accounting systems
Assist with the use, integration and upgrading of technology including computers, local and wide area networks, telephone systems, the Internet, case management and other custom software.
Assist in resolving problems and concerns in maintaining both prepaid and non-prepaid practices within one office.
